How quickly will my order ship?

After your order is placed, I will begin processing and getting it ready to ship within 2-5 business days (excluding holidays).  You'll then receive an e-mail with information to track your shipment. 

Once the carrier is in possession of the package, you can expect to receive it within 2-8 business days.  Please keep in mind that this time frame will vary due to the pandemic we're currently facing. 

If your order is delayed and/or tracking information isn't updated after shipment, please contact the USPS at: (800) 275-8777 or UPS at: (800) 742-5877 to inquire about delivery status.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, I don't offer shipping outside of the United States, at this time. 

 

What are your candles scented with?

I use premium essential and fragrance oils, which is a blend of botanical extracts and natural ingredients.  Together they improve scent throw and compatibility in soy wax and are 100% phthalate-free and skin-safe. 

 

What kind of wax and wicks do you use?

Candles are poured with 100% natural soy wax derived from American-grown soy beans.

Wicks are made of braided cotton with paper threads woven into the cotton that are lead and zinc-free.  This prevents toxins and carbons from filling your space.

 

Are your containers recyclable? 

Yes.  The vessels I use are constructed of FDA compliant materials, USDA approved, and 100% recyclable.

 

What is a "note profile?"

A “note profile” is a fancy phrase for descriptors of scents that you smell when you burn a candle. Fragrance notes fall into one of three groups - top (introductory) notes, middle (heart) notes, and base (bottom) notes. Each candle you experience is carefully crafted with a combination of top, middle, and base notes.
